'Calling the end of the recession'

Delegates to this year's Forum learnt how to succeed and remain profitable in today's economic climate and discovered how to ensure their business stays successful during challenging times. With the Telemarketing Industry changing rapidly, delegates learnt who was leading this change and how to optimise business products to remain profitable and compliant.

This year's TPS Forum and Annual Conference brouoght together the countries leading experts. Industry leaders spoke about how they are managing the challenges and what lies ahead, as did users of the TPS who offered advice on how they have adapted their business policy to beat the recession.
