Sodexo Motivates at Call Centre Expo

Sodexo, one of the UK’s largest suppliers of incentives and rewards, is exhibiting at the key event for call centre professionals, Call Centre Expo, in Birmingham.

As an expert in the field of staff motivation, Sodexo will be demonstrating its portfolio of incentivising products; SayShopping Pass – the multi retailer gift voucher, Vivaboxes - the try-before-you-buy gift with a voucher, and a new service, Sodexo Performance Suite, with a 3,000 item catalogue of merchandise, offering recipients the choice from home theatre systems, digital cameras to jewellery and handbags, depending on what motivates and interests them. Sodexo can devise an entire scheme for companies, from design, technical back up and communication of a scheme or, alternatively it can simply provide a relevant and inspiring reward.

Sodexo’s Performance Suite in particular is ideal for call centres. This tool enables companies to create:
• Incentive schemes
• Performance programmes
• Customer Management compliance
• Staff loyalty schemes

The scheme works by allowing the participant to select his or her reward upfront, ensuring that the reward is absolutely appropriate and motivating for them. Performance Suite works on a points basis and depending on the established scheme, then shows the participant how he or she can earn the reward.

The participant can check their points and current performance online, plus they will also receive regular communication via email, SMS, newsletter or fax (whichever they prefer) updating them on their progress. Managers of the scheme have a 360◦ view of the programme and full control over all activities via a specially designed website. Reporting and analytic control panels give them a complete overview of the programme, including results and ROI, ideal for call centres with a large number of employees.
