Braxtel Communications the award winning contact centre company have released the new Fluency Voice recorder.
It delivers enterprise functionality into the Small and medium business sector and integrates with Cisco, Nortel, Avaya and Mitel platforms as well as many legacy pbx platform.
The software also provides comprehensive quality monitoring for agent scoring and reporting.
