Braxtel Communications announce UK release of award winning Open Source Contact Centre suite, Contact Q

Braxtel Communications will be announcing the release of its new Open Source contact centre at CC Expo on the 22nd/23rd September 2009. Braxtel CEO Nick Thwaites commented "We have seen the underlying growth in Open Source technology adoption in the areas of IPPBX and CRM solutions and it is only natural that that the next key component will be Contact Centres"
