In the following panel discussion, which is moderated by Jeroen Hollestelle, Romtelecom, Romania, the topic will be ‘’CEE quo vadis? Facts, developments and status quo of future market growth’’. Prominent industry experts from the CEE area will discuss the future prospects and trends for this region in the discussion and will bring in their experiences and visions.
In the discussion will participate among others Anna Mária Popcsa, Pannon GSM Telecommunication PLC, Hungary, David Perotta, Vodafone, Romania and Andreea Dana Stanescu, Vodafone, Romania.

The Call Center Convention is organised by Competence Call Center and the convention finds itself in its 12th year since its inception. On this occasion the convention will be held in the Studio 44, in Vienna.
