RXP PROVIDES CONSULTANCY CLINIC AT CALL CENTRE EXPO
For the third year running, RXPerience Limited has been asked to take part in consultancy clinic feature at Call Centre Expo on 22nd and 23rd September in Birmingham. Here RXP offer show visitors a free 30 minute meeting with our world class team of consultants.
Also on the first day of the show RXP Managing Director Paul Weald will be presenting on “Innovations in outsourcing – M.O.T. your call centre!” He will be talking about how you can make effective change happen in your call centre by first piloting a campaign process using an outsourced call centre facility such as the Panther Group’s facility in Brighton.
Whilst the Expo is on so too is the European Contact Centre Awards – where over 1,000 people will attend the annual Gala dinner. This year Paul Weald has been a judge of the ‘Best Improvement’ category. He comments: “It has been a privilege to be a judge at this year’s Awards and to see so many good examples of how excellence can be applied in contact centres – something that we will share with all our clients and prospects who meet us through the consultancy clinics at Call Centre Expo.”
