2009 has been a fantastic year for exhibitors at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo.
Call Centre & Customer Management Expo attracted 5,100 visitors this year, and an amazing 88% of exhibitors committed to the 2010 show onsite.
Some of the many highlights are listed below:
Over 75 new exhibiting companies, of 200 in total, many of which were soft skill service providers, resulting in a broader and more balanced visitor offering and editorial coverage of the show
60% of visitors attended the event looking to purchase solutions in the next 12 months.
The VIP scheme was once again highly successful and delivered around 800 senior-level visitors
The ContractXchange's Live Home Agent Showplace attracted a wide audience who experienced agents taking live calls throughout the show how effective home-working can be.
The Networking Bar sponsored by ContractXchange offered delegates somewhere to meet with industry colleagues, have meetings with exhibitors from the show, make new contacts within the industry and hear how companies are battling the recession.
The CCF European Call Centre Awards attracted 1,200 attendees, with a record number of award entries from Europe and further afield, including Spain, Germany, India and Czechoslovakia, further broadening our International appeal.
